Whats important for a good Anime?

What do you guys think is important for a good Anime?
I think a important thing are the Characters. If you dont like the Characters then you wont like the Anime.
Animation is important too. There are Animes i watched because of the the Animation.
The last important thing for me is the Music. I always like to see a good Opening and a good Ending. A good BGM [or OST however you wanna call it] also makes an Anime more awesome.

I imagine it's all important.

Animation and story. I find the story part pretty weak in most animes. Main character usually likes to eat tons and has fast health regeneration. similarly I sometimes
find the animation quite weak using quirky 'cinematic' tricks.
